A Snail Passport is the username and password that you used to register your user account to play one of Snail’s Games. That same username and password can be used to access all Snail Games' products. If you have never registered a user account on a Snail Game, then you can create a Passport here.

You may use any character from the English alphabet, numerical digits, and underscores. Passwords must be between 4-16 characters in length. Please note that your username cannot be changed after registration.

Passwords may be composed of any character from the English alphabet and numerical digits. Passwords must be between 6-20 characters in length, and are case sensitive.

Please remember to keep your password safely secured and private. Ideally, users should create a high level password utilizing capital letters, lowercase letters, and numerical digits, and frequently change it.
